Are our decants legit?

Yes, all the samples are extracted from full bottles sourced from either authorized retailers or trusted suppliers.

Do you do free shipping?

Yes, we do free shipping but only on orders above 1500rs.

How long will it take to get my package?

The package will be shipped within 3 days on placing an order and will reach you within 3-5 days all over India or 1-3 days if you are in or near Delhi NCR.

How do I track my order?

An SMS will be sent to your entered phone number once the order is shipped, containing a tracking link.

What's your return policy?

We do not take back decants once ordered, however if there has been any damages or leakage in the order, we will provide you a refund.

How do I store my decants?

Keep them in a place away from sunlight, moisture, and too much temperature variations, a good place to keep them would be a cupboard, wardrobe or a drawer.

My decant isn't lasting long how can I increase the longevity?

If your decant isn't performing as it should be, it is most likely that it needs to be macerated, maceration is only usually necessary for Middle Eastern brands and not designers or niche, to macerate a decant, spray out 2-5 sprays, then let it rest in a cool dark place away from sunlight, moisture and temperature variation, such as your cupboard or a drawer.
