Shipping Costs

• A flat shipping charge of Rs. 90 applies to orders below ₹1500 (excluding COD charges, taxes, or discounts). COD is available for orders starting from ₹2000.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable in case of returns or cancellations.
• The Decant Store has the right to modify shipping charges without prior notice. Updated charges will be reflected at checkout.

Shipping Partners & Delivery Times

• We primarily use Blue Dart for deliveries. 
• If your area is not serviceable by Blue Dart, we may use alternate partners like Delhivery or DTDC.
• The ordered product will be delivered within 5-7 business days (excluding Sundays and holidays).
• While we strive to fulfill orders by the estimated delivery date, unforeseen logistical challenges may cause delays. We kindly request your cooperation in such instances as we work to resolve them.
